Returns & Exchanges

At Pander Apparel, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
